3-17 years old

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses toys and a “playful” environment as a medium for children and teens to express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a safe and controlled setting. Although, I specialize in Highly Sensitive Persons (emotional sensitivity), anxiety, and aggression in children ages 3-6, I also support children and teens with challenges around:

Young Adult

18-24 years old

Are you a young adult searching for purpose? Struggling with relationships or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or intense emotions? Perhaps you've recently transitioned from college or are starting a job. Maybe you've just ended a tough relationship or begun a new one.

Using person-centered, holistic, somatic, and nature-based approaches, you will gain skills and tools to broaden your window of tolerance and develop regulation strategies. While I specialize in supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (emotional sensitivity), life transitions, and relationship challenges, I also assist young adults with difficulties related to:
